Privacy notice

This notice explains how Sankaram, run by Mihir Singh, handles personal data collected through sankaram.com, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What I collect

• Details you enter in the contact form: name, company, role, revenue band, email, phone number, the area you need help with and your message.
• Messages you send me on WhatsApp or by email.
• Anonymous usage data, such as pages visited and how far you scroll, collected through Microsoft Clarity to improve the website.

Why I collect it

• To reply to your enquiry and set up a call.
• To work with you, if we agree an engagement.
• To understand which parts of the website are useful.

Who else handles it

I never sell your data. It is stored and processed by the services that run this website and my communication: Netlify (website and form), Hostinger (email), Microsoft Clarity (analytics) and WhatsApp (messaging).

How long I keep it

Only as long as needed to respond to you and for any engagement that follows. Enquiries that don't lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Email mihir.singh@sankaram.com and I'll respond within 30 days.
